An observation

I was down in London today. Went to see a man about a house, although it didn't work out. One thing struck me, though. The Underground train seemed so small. I had the odd feeling that the subway trains in Japan are bigger, and I was having a period of readjustment.

But it's what you do with it that counts. And if we didn't have the lovely, frequently-delayed, hot and almost unbearably sweaty Underground then what else would us Londoners have to moan about all the time?

Quite. It was, as I said, just an observation about adjusting back to life in the U.K. But it was good to be on the Tube again.
